Did you check if the drop appeared for everyone 4 minutes later? Or did the person maybe pickup their own drop?

It could also be possible that the person you were fighting was having another fight just before you two got into battle? I could only imagine that another person received a drop. I've tweaked some PvP stuff though, this definitely shouldn't happen again after the next update.

Loot didn't came after 4 minutes I waited there like 10 minutes. Hope this get fixed  :P

I got no point to start searching where the issue came from then. If it happens again post it please.
