Title: Edgeville monastery altar

This altar (before the update) gave a percentage of your prayer level as extra prayer points, it no longer does.

Also, every kind of prayer restoring seems to be slightly delayed. Sgs, pots, altars, everything.

The delay is how the new prayer system works. All prayer point increases and decreases are sent on the next game tick. The change doesn't change anything for you, it's only a visual thing.

Prayer altars will give 110% of your prayer points again, thanks.
