This is weird this.
It appears that he's boxing you, but you're unable to attack him.

I'd definitely post a ticket about this, as Mary has already suggested.

I will try and record the player doing this myself if I ever find myself around the Duel Arena.

That's exactly what had happened. I wish I had time to record the whole video. I hope this is enough evidence to get my money back. I made a ticket post and waiting on a response. Thanks to anyone who actually helped me solve this conflict.

You are showing the Emps-World Client in the video so you may actually have a chance of receiving your items back and for this user to be punished. However, that remains an uncertainty and must be discussed within the ticket you have made.

It is unusual as so many players will have done hundreds of stakes, and it's never been seen before. VERY unlikely it's a bug..
Hopefully it will be investigated further and your items can be returned.

LOL :D If u box and person cant box u back, it is a bug. It is something similar what have happend in wild, if u kill someone, but u cant take items up. Its like if someone wants to duel with you, but you cant accept it. Its deffinately a bug.

And becuase of bugs, items will not be returned. Thomy have sayd it many times..
