Duel Arena is like a big mistake for real.. I ended my stake twice with draw, both killed eachother and we didn't get any items. I got anwser from staff that someone always win in emps.. That made me think, is server winning the duel arena fight if it ends up with a draw?

It isn't really a bug, When you both die the spoils will be given randomly, so it is mostly based on luck or whoever hits first.
I have many staking experiences, It happened to me so many times.

Yea, but problem is that after fight enemy asked me if I got items. But I didn't get them..

When the stake ends up as a Draw, only one of the two opponents will receive the spoils, so unfortunately, you were unlucky.

Pretty sure the player with the higher PID always win these kind of stakes.

Doesn't work that way, it's random.

No, that's really wrong, when I went to check it once, I realised that there is a difference between the both opponents whenever they die in the same time you don't know who's going to take the spoils but as It seems it is all about milliseconds like they'll both hit the other but there's always someone who does it quicker but you can't really pay attention to it so clearly.

hapenned to me three times won 2 lost 1 so i actually can tell if im going to win or lose it depends on who hits the first 1 like u are wearing a whip and the other has a d scimi its very obvious whose win is this

Nah, there is no difference between the times, as EVERY game handles game events in ticks of lets say 1 second. If someone hits in that 1 second and the other hits 0.5s later, the game will still handle like it happened at the same time. In Emps the winner is determined by the player ID which is randomly assigned. So basically the outcome of who will receive the spoils is random.
I'll test if this happens though.

I always thought the person who hit the most on the last hit was the winner. I may be wrong but how often do you see me in the Duel Arena.
