Dharok hitting 60's through prayer isn't fun! Only Verac is supposed to have the ability to hit through prayer.

Where did the 60 hit appear? PvP or PvM?

In Barrows, forgot to mention that lol. The Dharok NPC seems to completely ignore the protection prayer of the players.
