Title: DFS Spec hits twice (on dragons i believe)

Not exactly sure if this is a bug or not, but this happens frequently. Sometimes I'll have 2 DFS attacks per spec and other times I'll only have 1. But it only changes when I relog, so for example I'll be at Mithril dragons and use the DFS Spec and have 2 magic attacks. I'll relog and then I only have 1 magic attack per spec, so on. Not sure how else to explain this.

You mean 2 hits per 1 special attack?

Dfs hits stronger on dragons.
