Hello,
When I open my desktop client, it shows me this screen :

And later on it shows me "No available update sites. Please try again later". Like wtf..

What should I do in this situation?

Have you tried reinstalling?
You do this by using the uninstaller (https://emps-world.net/uninstall) and then downloading the client again. It might fix the issue.

Looks like the loader cannot connect to the Emps-World homepage to fetch updates. Can you make sure that your antivirus program and/or firewall are not blocking the Emps-World process?

Where can I check that?

I doubt the firewall blocks Emps-World, unless you've configured it yourself. Adding Emps-World as an exception to your anti virus program is dependant on your anti virus program. Usually the control panel has an option to add an exception. If you can't find it, give google a try! :)

Actually, can you tell me how to do it step by step? :/

I'm sorry, but I cannot. Google how to add a program to your anti virus' exceptions.
