Well, I just walked from the Falador bank to the mining guild just south of it, and all of a sudden I only saw myself and the NPC's. The entire background, floor and everything turned white and I was not able to walk anymore. So i tried to move my screen with the arrow keys and then this happened  :o

I'm trying to reproduce it, but it never happens for me. Can you restart your client and tell me if the issue still occurs? (I've updated the client a minute ago)

Well, it happened to me yesterday and I immediately restarted the client. It did not happen again yet.
