When hovering emotes, attack styles, dungeoneering icon in the skilltab, game settings this happens, and I lost like 3 50m stakes because of it and almost got cleaned.
but it works perfectly fine on Resizeable mode

Will be fixed. Please do not use the classic client, it's highly recommended to use the openGL version.
