well its used for fast reply it isn't working anymore
Ps: i don't know if they remove it or not ...

Use tab instead, does the same thing. Only works when the last person that PMed you is on your friendlist.
Some ppl were complaining they used ctrl for other hotkeys, so it's been moved to tab ;)

ow ok thank you :D thought ctrl is much easier to use...
