Title: Combat level value doesn't updated properly

While I was training Range I noticed that my "Combat Level:" remained level 3 while my Range Level was 20 but yet the Chaos Druid's NPC ID was in green font.
I re-equipped my short bow and my Combat Level updated.
Not a MAJOR bug but a bug none the less.

It's good to see this server and development team back on RSPS!
