i have no idea how to reproduce it, happened to me more than 5 time at zammy boss
and sometime it's white not black

Can you try using the openGL client? There's hardly much support for the classic client. What happens when the client 'freezes'. Is navigation gone completely, can you logout or even relog? Please describe the scenario more.

i cant log out but i can click on the inv, pray , mage etc..
and it happened to me 2 time on the OpenLG client too

Does the client always freeze at the zamorak boss? Does relogging help? Can you try typing ::reloadmap the next time it happens?

no not always, i need to close the client and re open it, and sometimes when i do that it also freeze, next time ill trying doing the ::reloadmap hopefully it helps

So the freeze is basically happening at random locations. The next time it happens, can you try to remember what you did before it happened? I also recommend clearing the game files, that could help too: https://emps-world.net/uninstall
