this is happening when i log in (new client, updated)

Can you try teleporting to another area? Does the same issue occur on the openGL client too? Have you tried re-installing the game yet?

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to reproduce your problem. I've just downloaded and installed a client and it worked flawlessly. I can only recommend that you restart your computer, uninstall the client and download it another time.

EDIT: Can you try restarting your client? I think that something went wrong with the update procedure of the latest client.
