Title: Cant duel in arena.

Sometimes we cant duel in arena, if we relog, then we can, should it be fixed?
Its annyoing to relog always.

Didnt find the reason why it happened in old emps either aswell.
But, if you go to w2 it will work just fine or if either one of you relogg.
If you are x, who can't duel, and he is y who can duel.
Then y relogg, and you duel him once he get on before he gets to duel you and problem is solved.
