Can't download files ingame?

so whenever i enter a new region the game has to download new files. that's fine by me but the thing is that they don't download the message in the top left of the screen saying "Loading game - Please wait... [Remaining downloads: 7]" stays there and because of that i can't see any characters and thus can't do anything. I can't even see my own character. anyone knows how i can fix this problem? (i have a screenshot ut apparently it's too big of a file to send)

Restarting the game resets the downloader, you could try doing that. Let me know if it has worked.

http://imgur.com/IE7zVqb look in the top left of the screen. and yes restarting works but that would mean i'd have to restart the game everytime i get this (which is a lot)

Could you try this?: Open Emps-world client, log in with your account, open game settings, press CDL (Cache downloader) and wait until it's done loading
Let us know if it still happens after you've downloaded the full cache.

Try restarting your client, that resets the downloader. Also, sometimes downloads just take some time! :)
