Camera Angle glitch

I hit the down arrow button and turn left/right, and this is what I got. (It is opengl client) (location at catherby monkfish fishing spot)



Same goes as (classic client)

The camera doesn't clip the ground plane. It's done to reserve resources for the actual rendering.
