Umm sir i think farming is bugged because tree patch is bugged  cant see tree in me plant

Does this bug fix itself when you relog?

No, you cannot see a tree on any patch, relogging doesn't fix this.
You are able to dig the tree up with your spade though, it grants you 10 farming experience.
