players can fight in the dagannoth cave.. the danger in there are multie and if u right click someone you will see "attack" just like its the pk.

I don't have attack options in the dagannoth cave if I teleport there. I can assure you that pvp is impossible in the cave. The attack option may have been left over by some bug. Is there any way for you to reproduce the issue?
