Title: Bug with new capes

When you wear one of the new capes, everyone else who's also wearing one of the new capes appears as a blue dot on your minimap.  This only happens when wearing the cape, so if you remove your cape, everyone goes back to being a white dot.

So if 2 players are wearing one of the new skillcapes, their dot becomes a blue dot on the minimap ( like when you are wearing the same team capes ). But this means also that the attack option isn't above when this is enabled when you want to fight each other in wilderniss. I don't know if it's a bug or if it is made so...

As Mary told me, Thomy used team cape configs for the new capes, which is why this bug exists.  It's not intentional.
