Title: Bolkoy & voting points

Bolkoy is still talking about voting points instead of event points, also checking the value of the item in the shop it says the price in voting points. Also player and npc faces are missing when you talk with npc's or open equipment stats

Restart your client and it will be fixed (applied an update).
