you can cast it like 3-4 times on them and they wont freeze even though the 2nd one should already, also casting range is retarded

It is entirely possible to not freeze 4 times in a row. Not a bug.
You'll have to give a better example of casting range.

As far as the freezing part goes, the spell does not splash - it hits, even does damage, but the guy does not freeze. Moreover today I experienced this same thing on a next level - found a guy in wildy barraged him, the cube appeared and everything and he did not freeze, there was no way he could have been immune to freezes.
And about the casting range: I'm chasing a guy autocasting barrage and at one point I just can't land them anymore my character glitches out or whatever and I just can't cast anymore, even though I'm quite close to the dude.
Follow me on one of my PK trips and you will experience things you haven't before. kek

There is a freezing immunity timer to avoid perma freezes. It's diffucult to reproduce your claim of the spell not working as intended, because I had no problems with it.
Your character glitching out... can you try to describe scenarios where that happens?

The game just buffered or did whatever for a second and after that I could not cast barrage anymore even though I'm sure I was in range.

Well, if you experience the problem again, just make another bug report with more details. I've reworked some PvP systems today which should address the issue. Thank you.
