Title: Annoying fog glitch

It only happens with your RD set to low and camera zoomed in.

EDIT:

This only happens with camera zoomed out and RD set to low.

Fog isn't working well with very low rendering distances.

Difficult, I recommend disabling it when you use low rendering distances.
