Agility Course at Karamja

So I was doing the Agility course at Karamja with my Skiller I created and I cannot get the ticket at the ticket dispenser AT ALL.
Yes I'm a member on my Skiller.
I got there, click on the ticket dispenser, it grab it, I don't see the ticket AT ALL in my Inventory.
No, my Inventory is not full

Any ideas? or is it just bug?

You only gain tickets if you tag dispensers in a row. The first dispenser will give no tickets, every following one will give you 1 ticket! :)

To add onto that, the red text right under your minimap will tell you that you will not get a ticket when you tag a dispenser. It will change into green for about 60 seconds after you tagged a dispenser.
