Title: A lil' bug.

This is how Milestone cape (10) and (40) look like..You just see through yourself.. Im not sure about the other Milestone capes but i think that the other ones have the same problem

This is a problem with Max cape also, I've told Thomy about the issue a few days ago - it might be fixed in the future
