120 hp? how

So I was pking, had 120 hp. Now i did not have sara brews. so idk how my hp went to 120. It went down after few mins but here is a picture

This is a bug because i banged 60's with dh at hp of 60+

idk how it happend, just reporting that it happend

No, I did not. According to estpure16, u get this glitch by drinking zamorak brews

Drinking zamorak brews doesn't reproduce the issue. Mind finding out how it happens except for drinking saradomin brews of course?

Where were you located when the bug occured? Inside the wilderness or at Edgevillage bank?
And did you go to Al-Kharid safe wilderness to lose your skull by passing the shantay gate?
