I actually like whips not being dirt cheap.

We have very efficient whip sinks such as cheap crystals and abyssal dyes. Those will still keep the prices up.

I'm pretty sure these "sinks" would be obsolete compared to the huge amounts of whips that would come into the game. As a matter of fact, these so-called "sinks" weren't the reason for the spike in the price of whips anyway.

Idk how I feel about the spectral armour rework. Anyone that had multiple unused non-corrupt sets got fucked over. The items became untradeable which means their owners are stuck with a bunch of sets that lost SO MUCH value, and turning them into the corrupt state is just illogical since the prices of corrupt items are shit.
Basically, spectral energy hoarders with 100k+ stacks just hit the jackpot.

Just for future reference, it depends on which part of Yemen you are talking about. The southern part is boiling hot/cool depending on the time of the year. The northern part is cool/freezing cold (It snows during the winter there).
The person Saif is talking about lives in the northern part of Yemen.

I think Spectrals should be weaker than they are now while maintaining the same drop rate of ancient armour since that isn't that big of a problem. It's the Spectrals' high stats that make them a pain in the ass to kill.
Reducing their defence slightly and maybe the addition of a safe spot (while letting them hit through prayer) should bring more ancient armour to the game.

Very unlikely, since a lot of dungeons exist in Emps even if they don't serve a purpose. It's just that the manhole is bugged. If I remember correctly it used to take you into the fairy workplace for one of the old Christmas quests.
