Introductions & Farewells / As 2 Arabs leave, another comes back.

Played Emps Scape since late 2008 (RIP), played Avenus' private server (GG scammed), played Emps Remake by Oswald (RIP) and played Emps World when it was fresh and new (made the first introduction topic) but stopped playing it way too early because almost none of my friends played then.
I recently started playing again because a lot of my friends do, but I've never made a come back topic so I figured I'd make one now.
Hi.

Basically my AMD Radeon HD 7700M Series has been total shit lately. For the past 5-6 days I've been suffering from a blue screen loop whole, I've tried every single thing (literally 5 days straight), deleted the drivers and reinstalled them a hundred times, both from AMD and my laptop's manufacturer, disassembled my laptop parts, put it back together, reinstalled drivers 1k other times, formatted laptop and reinstalled windows, downloaded drivers another 1m times, to no success, BSOD occurred everytime unless I had my AMD gpu disabled.

Today, for some reason, I tried to reinstall drivers again and delete everything associated with AMD from the registry, and it worked, the blue screen of death stopped appearing. But now, I have a new problem, it's that my AMD graphics card doesn't work and it shows this message:

So yeah, if any one knows a possible fix for this, please post it. I'm using a Samsung NP350V5C-T01US

P.S.: If anyone knows why when I try to install my Intel HD 4000 driver from Intel or Samsung it says:

Let me know.

Edit: Everything's working properly. For future reference:
1- I follow the steps shown here to completely remove the AMD/ATI drivers.
2- I installed every single windows update (important and optional updates) EXCEPT KB2670838 and KB971033. To fully install every single windows update you'll have to download the ones you already have then restart, then download the new ones and restart. Rinse and repeat until you don't have any new updates.
3- I went to the AMD website and downloaded the drivers that are suitable for my machine and card.
4- Everything's working fine now.
*Tip: Create a system restore point after every update to make sure you'll have a way to go back if anything goes wrong.

The Intel card problem was fixed automatically after I installed every important/optional windows update.

Thanks to everyone that tried to help me by posting here and/or sending PMs.
