A simple answer is No.

I would like to share something, back in 2011-2012 Thomy's didn't had the time to make updates as he's doing right now, Even thought we had more players, It could be a reason that new updates (not talking about specific update) who made players quit or they don't want to join anymore,
Moreover the shutdown was one of the reasons who made players quit too, plus reseting everyone's banks

However the less players this server got the harder to make money, Since old schools, most of the cash owned by few players.

Many reasons to be honest which made players quit, Anyway i don't really care anymore, Just i wanted to share my opinion

I have HTC one m8 right now and my friend for the samsung galaxy s5 and we compared the phones and seems like HTC one m8 better then the samsung with few things, and to be honest i'm so happy with it, In my opinion if you can offer for the M9 it would be great, other then i suggest HTC one m8.
However do not think about buying an iPhone, Before i bought my current phone, I've watched many videos which they compare phones to others and between then iPhone 6 and the samsung Galaxy s5, It appears that HTC better then those two phones, so yeah, At the end it's up to you, and as i suggest you above, HTC all the way.

Better then creating topics, Collecting cash from each person balbala
It could be simple thing like a mini game which I'm sure players will like it even more, An npc explains about lottery then he asks for whatever the price is, they automatically will take from your cash the requesting price and you will be enter, after a time which it could be set a day or whatever, An message will show up like a yell who ever won, then the winner will come back to the same npc, and he will take the lottery money, easy and very simple better then wasting time.

The Lunar spellbook is now available to all players! You can talk to Meteora in a house next to the southern wall of Falador to get the spellbook, including the Vengeance spell. Meteora will also remain at Al-Kharid, so members can switch a bit quicker if they want to (and yes she's magical enough to be at 2 spots at once!).

Most important thing for me in all dat list, However, Nice update.
