They will NEVER return your items back, Even if you have a million prove about it wasn't your fault that it was the server or the client, They will reply yo your ticket, No items will be returned, and They don't even explain to you why you shouldn't get the items back, It;s stupid.

If you can login with another account, and you can't login with a specific account, it means that there's something related to the account that doesn't login itself.

If that really happens what i said above, I suggest you to ask high admin to change your location at game.

Here's what i did to make it work with my Mac:
Downloaded the java last version from http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1573
I did this steps: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1573
Instead of clicking on the start button on windows you have to click on your apple icon above then click system preferences then click on your java icon, after that it's the same steps as its on the link i gave you above


Edit: last thing, You have to go to your download, right click on the Emps-world-jar, then click "open with" then click on java launcher. Or if you did everything above try to do this only.

Do all these and tell me whats going to happen.

I heard about this, To be honest with you that never happened to me while using my mac,
But when i'm at home using my other PC It happens from a while to another, No idea why this happening but i'm so sure that it's something about the server itself, Same thing happens with my brother irl, Client close random times.

Get a better internet connection.

It's not something relate to the internet connections
