The entrance fee has to be paid some minutes before the tournament begins. Every participant can use whatever he wants (magic, melee, ranged, food, pots, etc.). Everyone will fight once. Everything is allowed except protection prayers.
However, the semi-finals are a Bo3 and the final is a Bo5. Players have the chance to change their armour after every fight if wanted.
Every attempt to manipulate the tournament (e.g. letting friends win on purpose, walking between fighters, etc.) will result with a disqualification (of both if needed) and/or different kind of punishments.

Shooting Star

I. General Information:

The Shooting Star is the first Distractions & Diversions Minigame in Emps-World. It will crash once every 2-3 hours. Every Star can have a size of 6-9 upon crashing. The first player to mine the first stardust gets 10000 bonus mining experience. Besides every Shooting Star crashes with an Uncut Onyx which can be mined together with a random stardust. Once the Star is fully mined, a star-sprite will appear and you can exchange your mined stardust for items.

II. Locating the Star:

Talk to the observatory professor to find out when star is crashing. He is located next to the observartory (north of castle-wars). Talk to Tyras Guard in Falador to teleport to Castle-Wars. Once the star crashes, you can ask the observatory assistant (members only) for a hint. He will tell you the star has crashed in Misthalin, Asgarnia, Wilderness or the Desert. Once you found the star, you can mine it for its stardust.

Lumbridge Swamp

Desert:

Duel Arena and Al Kharid + Safe Desert (members only)

Wilderness:

North of Edgeville

Dragon Pickaxe (10000 Stardust): Best pickaxe in the game.

Mining Ring (1500 Stardust): Grants 5% bonus mining experience.

Experience Lamp (50 Stardust): Grants 1000 mining experience.

normal partyhats and h'ween masks were never rare.

Phats are obtained from crystal key chest in wilderness
Hweens are obtained from smoke dungeon chest (chest key) which requires member.

All the waves are easy to safe spot. Completeing the whole minigame will take about 3-4 hours depending on your gear.

Would safe-spotting all these waves be classed as Bug Abusing though?

i wouldnt call it safe-spotting. its more like blocking them and avoiding their melee attacks. So you only need to pray vs their long ranged attacks.
