I can imagine weapons hitting 3-5 extra max hit with curses (over time).
Let's talk about the most used prayers and whether they are useful or not:
Protect item - protects an extra item
Berserker - Boosted stats last longer
Deflect Magic - Reduced magic damage and deflects a part of it
Deflect Missiles - Reduced ranged damage and deflects a part of it
Deflect Melee - Reduced melee damage and deflects a part of it
Leech Attack + Strength (would be 1 prayer spell) - Steals enemy stats (increasing over time)
Leech Ranged + Ranged Strength (would be 1 prayer spell) - Steals enemy stats (increasing over time)
Leech Magic + Magic Strength (would be 1 prayer spell) - Steals enemy stats (increasing over time)
Leech Defence - Steals enemy stats (increasing over time)
Wrath - Deals damage to nearby enemies upon death
Soulsplit - Drains enemy prayer and heals you
Turmoil - Steals fixed amount of enemy melee and defence stats (increasing over time)
Anguish - Steals fixed amount of enemy ranged and defence stats (increasing over time)
Torment - Steals fixed amount of enemy magic and defence stats (increasing over time)
Out of all prayers, the only "op" ones might be turmoil, anguish and torment.
Because emps-world is different from rs and all other rsps, I can imagine these prayers to increase your stats by abit less than the current piety prayers in the beginning, but surpass them after being in combat for some time while ignoring the draining part from your enemy. they can also work different on npcs and players (boosting twice as much vs monsters as vs players). out of all possibilities you guys have only the super strong prayer in mind which kills the enemy in a second (you guys read too many fairytales).
an example could be:
activating: starting -10% of piety value -> 22.5% def, 20.7% att, 18% str
30 secs in fight: piety value -> 25% def, 23% att, 20% str
60 secs in fight: +10% piety value -> 27.5% def, 25.3% att, 22% str
90 secs in fight: +20% piety value -> 30% def, 27.6% att, 24% str
120secs in fight: +30% piety value -> 32.5% def, 29.9% att, 26% str
With this formula your max hit would be 2-3 higher after being 2 mins in combat.
Do not forget that your boosted stats degrade over time (unless you drink another sip of your potions), which reduces your max hit on the other hand.
All these prayers seem a huge buff, especially to pvm which is something alot people like to do in emps-world.
