This can happen with seemingly any weapon and is not specific to the zamorak bow. I have not been able to pinpoint exactly what causes it, but it is an existing issue.

This is purely visual. The red "disable" mark doesn't show up, however the equipment is in fact disabled.

This happens often when safespotting multiple monsters. I've seen it with blue dragons and moss giants.

When I logged in, my player loaded without arms. looks like a display issue on my client only, as other can't see it. Relogging fixes the issue.

Inferno adze:
Effect: Special attack would instantly mine ores and cost 15%, would also instantly fell trees and cost 100%. Exp is only given for the logs you have space for. Would sometimes automatically burn logs. 1% chance to get a bar instead of an ore, coal gives random bars.
Requirements: 70 mining to use. 70 smithing, a d hatchet, pickaxe and a golden tinderbox, smithed on anvil.

The woodcutting part of this seems a bit OP with how quickly the special attack is regenerated and the fact that you can often get a full inventory from a single tree. Maybe put a cap on how many you can get from one spec. Possibly a random number from 5-10.

Other than that, the rest seem pretty awesome!
