You mean his red border? That's caused by windows 8 your borders change depending on what colour your background is the border of my client used to be orange.

Probably.
Lots of antiviruses mark every file that hasn't been downloaded a thousand times as potentially malicious.

Bank interface is open-able through walls. using, bank booths, and bank deposit box's. I am sure it works on other things also.
