If I remember correctly, you need 15301 ess to get 99. You must use chaos gauntlets though. You need more, if you do not calculate the exact amount of ess needed for each rune.

Just add a new location for frost drags, but keep the neitiznot one.

I have another idea actually. If we divide frost dragons into 2 sections: member ones (includes the ones in wilderness) and nonmember ones. Member ones would have a bit higher combat lvl, but also better drops, but the others would have lower combat, also a bit lower defence, but they would drop just frostdragons bones (no rare items).

If range is so overpowered, why don't you use it instead of melee? Your own choice after all..
I think bows should stay as they are right now. No reason to change them, because some pures can't pk against them.

Since I'm really anti-pvp/-pk, I don't really care about the matter, but bows should stay same. If you're going to do something, nerf melee defence on morrigan's set. That would make more sense for me at least.

It is easy to remember what's in each tab, there's only 9 of them, so this is definitely not essential.
I'm not sure how hard is to code such thing, but I believe that it's not worth the time or the effort. So no/neutral from me.
