So I was killing this guy at spectrals, he just ran to a grave, dug up a spectral and I couldn't atk him.
He could escape cos of this epic feature.
Can you add a rule or something that you can't dig up spectrals in combat?

We are looking to make Emps as rare as possible right?  Ive never in my whole experience of RS or RSPS seen a tramsformer guy transferring items..

Lets add pink fat hippos that fly around the map and kill a random player every hour, not a single rsps has that...
OT:
There is no need in such a thing if you can just open a 2nd client and transfer those items.
@Bubblebeam2 Having 2clients open is not illegal in any way

Sometimes when you run and tele at the same time the tele animation goes off, you use runes but you don't tele.
This happends with glory amulet alot, it happened with edge tele from ancient book aswell

LOOOL this looks just exact pic that i got in my school book ....
if u look even closely enought u can see its taken from a book....
theres red smudges and it effects when u make picture of something that has black background and ton of colors in a picture
also the red smudges come when theres too much Inc used
also if u look closely enought theres wierd lining there
