#1: The magic tree's stump does not dissappear when you cut the tree down.

      This occurs on every patch.

#2: When I cut a magic tree down, it appeared again after a minute or so. I was able to cut it down again and again.
      This occurs when you do not use your spade on the patch after you cut it down.

I don't know if this happens with other trees too.

I didn't really know that there were people that liked that "contest". Also, the voting is not really fair, since nearly every country votes on the neighbour country or the country that they have good bonds with.

Both of the new rewards are mining related and wouldn't affect prices.

I think it will, especially the price of gems. Since it would not be such a pain in the ass anymore to get them.
Despite that, I still agree with this.

EDIT: I wouldn't mind if the prices of gems would go down, some people are selling uncut sapphires for bloody 15k each.
