If an iron man dies he can't see his own dropped stuff, but it's visible for normal accounts.
This happened with Ironman_Pat, he died and he couldn't see his own loot but I was able to.
I picked it up, but the fact that ironman people cant trade makes it impossible for him to get the stuff back.

When an Ironman talks to you, and you want to add him as friend by right clicking his name "irn ironman" gets added to your friendlist instead of the friends' name.

I assume irn is the code for the ironman mode emoticon.
