General Discussion / a few questions.

so i wanted to make a few suggestions today, but i realized that both of the things i wanted to suggest was mentioned many times before, so i'm just gonna ask, will tasks ever gonna come to emps-world, and will clues will ever come as well?
when i'm talking about tasks, i'm not talking about the ones like the barbarian assistance or desert war, i'm talking about those where you have to for example: kill (random amount) of any types of dragons,
complete (random amount) of (random minigames) & stuff like that.
P.S. don't start spam replying your opinions because i don't really care about them, i just need one official answer from someone high ranked in staff team, or thomy himself, because i'm sure other players would like to know it as well and as soon you answer me straight, you can lock this topic.

Goals & Achievements / the 5 hours challenge, fishing done, next - pest control!

so basically in this challenge you have to do something for 5 hours straight, and then show the loot from it, or the profit that you gained.

#1 stop: profit from 5 hours of fishing. (i'm gonna be fishing mantas in catherby). wish me luck.
here it is guys:

by the way, i achieved 53m fishing xp in the process!

next stop i'm thinking about doing five hours of pest control.

Feedback / colored d bow prices

okay so i don't really know in which section this should have been, but i think it's in feedback.
so alright, i just read the latest update notes, and one of the things that was changed is that the colored d bows are now tradable, and the price of them is just stupid, i mean they go for 3-4m!? really emps, this is just straight f@#ked up, you have to work 1,5 long weeks for a freaking 1m profit, way to go i must say.
i don't exactly know what should be done to fix this, maby make the bows one of the discontunued items that will be bringed soon.

so i kinda liked all things thomy updated on the last update, but there is one exception - the untradables loss in pvp.
no one will go pvp with ancient pvp, void and the weirdest thing is that ancient armor is basically for pking, and now you lose it in wilderness, seems legit lol.

Suggestions & Ideas / al-kharid desert

i'm taking about this part of the map:

it's just completely deserted and takes place in the map just as a decoration, i know that this place is just for safe pking (which could also be done in duel arena), and a good place for crashing stars, but other than that, this place doesn't have much to offer.
my suggestion is: add a few bosses there, another random event related to that desert, a few quests and even a few slayer monsters, so players would actually visit the desert time to time.
feedback?

EDIT: i forgot to mention that this desert actualy has one live city and one strong boss - smoke dungeon, pollnivneach, and smoke demon champion.
but the rest of the desert like i mentioned before, if deserted.

edit #2: ive edited the pic (map) and marked the places that you could do something with.

so okay guys, i know there is such thing as a forum quiz, but i will start a new one, the questions will be mostly related to emps-world, rsps's, runescape, other games, and rarely just other random stuff. I will ask questions every week, or 3 days, i will post the news on this thread, so make sure you stay tuned!

now for the most important part ! THE PRIZES! the prizes will be random, but i assure you that they will always be 15m+, and if i get a little rich in game, it might even get up to 50m+!

rules:
#1: you can't advise friends what to say, or tell them the answers.
#2: no double posting on the weeks question, when the winners are announced and the new question is given, you can just then write a new answer for the new question again, and don't try to trick me and edit, i will not be lazy, and write down what you guys said in the first place!
#3: the most important rule of all - HAVE FUN !!!

the first question will be announced tomorrow (friday, 4/10/2015, april 10.) (16:00 +3 gmt time, Lithuanian time)

note: the questions will be hard and using you brain and logic is strongly recommended as in i will give questions which you can't google or something like that or whatever

oh, and you can also congratulate the winners, and just talk before i give questions!

EDIT: you have 1 day to post your answers, if no one got the answer right by the end of 24 hours, i will post a hint, and the round will go on for the next 24 hours again, if no answers yet again, then another hint will be given again etc.

okay, so i've noticed that the spirit shields are still pretty much a "decorative" item, because they have no defence against dragons, mostly the divine one, because if you go bossing you will never use a cross bow, you will probably use one of the god bows, like z bow or sara bow, and if you go dragons, you can't take a divine with you because you will die. and a lot of emps world monsters that drops something good, and are asigned as a slayer tasks are dragons, and the spirit shields are the best in game, but you can't do anything with them against dragons, so that kinda sucks.
so my suggestion is: make spirit shields protect over dragon fire breaths.

make that when you turn on the cleint (the game) near the "log in" and "create account" buttons would be important polls of forums or related to the game and important news of the game, so absolutely all players would have a chance to vote and say his or her word for the help to build the game.
trust me, not all players can, know how to use forums, that's why we need this thing, and i have a perfect example for this, you guys remember the thread that martin did in news & announcements section, the player Representatives one, well you should have voted for your Representative there and it only received like 40 votes so far, when there's like 500+ active players in emps world, this suggestion would give a chance for everyone to vote.

Resolved Bug Reports / "lost your target"

sometimes randomly, and quite commonly when you walk or do some activity, the writing in the chat box starts appearing that you've lost your target and you suddenly can't walk anywhere, this writing appears multiple times every milisecond. the only solution to fix this is reloging,but after some time it happens again.
fix this please.

simple suggestion, make them tradable, because every single friend of my asked me to give them wear it for a few minutes, and even more asked me to sell them.
also, if the scarfs would be tradable it would be cool too ;p. but too many tradable rewards in voting would be bad, so these would be the only ones.
