I guess you'll have to serve the more rich people until you can build yourself up.
Just start how everyone start and do what you prefer, you have a tremendous advantage because you have your levels.
Just use them well and make money, start with rc, killing dragons or skilling.

1-50 barbarian village, 50-70 falling stones/spikes at brimhaven, 70-85/90 blades brimhaven -> rest wilderness arena.

My advice would be to delay mary's advice by 10 levels.
Except for wildy, go there at level 95.
