I don't think there's a fair way that would take a reasonably amount of time to justify such a 'competition' with proper winners and organisation.That would be great

There could be lots of corruption, but better xp collector or something, which can show for high admins info about xp and then they can tell who win that title.Sure I agree, but how would these players be chosen?Obviously a daily/weekly/monthly poll
