Advertisements: I know that ads help growing our population. Though... there's no budget for ads everywhere and I also can't get spots on toplists.

An idea how you could advertise the game - Basically there are runescape facebook fanpages made by fans with thousands of followers, for example you could DM one of these and ask for a promotion for small fee.

Advertising a private server on official RuneScape fan sites isn't going to work out. However, I do get the concept of it, thanks.

Depends what you do with it. If i chose a laptop I would buy a well used laptop, they can go really cheap. For example i got mine for 300 euros and there's nothing wrong with it.

How about torva or chaotics and ovls. Let's get hype over fog though cause we like to brown nose, we play this game you make it how we want. Otherwise stick with 8 players online enjoying fog.

I like fog and other day when i was on there were over 100 it was pumping.

The only kind of fog i care about is the fog i exhale. That's something that really gets you pumping. This is done.

Look, you're not the developer, are you? Thomy does what he wants and how he wants. You should be grateful enough he lets you play his game for free. Also, it's just a hobby for him. If he likes to tweak with rendering and the graphical side then he does what he enjoys and I don't see a reason for a hobby that doesn't entertain you. He's working with construction in the background and how the hell should he have time to do some big updates right now.
Torva would be absolutely redundant anyways because we already have the necessary gear.
