My point:
The only thing you shouldn't pick up is monkfish. Bring alchs for the rune/dragon items so you'll get a lot of cash. Every other drop is stackable so you should pick it up, eventually you'll have a truckload of them and it'll have some value. Change gear. You're in full morrigans shooting sara arrows, you're really geared to waste money instead of earning it. Using armadyl and dragon arrows isn't that much of a dps loss and doesn't lose you 3-6k per hit. Bringing a saradomin godsword will also prolong your trips.
