we could also have like an event before a big release (like a skill or something) do kinda introduce new items or areas would be a nice way to go about it and make it short.

I've thought about writing something, but it's not that easy to directly implement it into the game. Quests would help a lot, but we have to wait until Emps-Script is completely finished.

If it's only written in wiki, it will achieve nothing, since the average player doesn't even visit wiki. If a portion of our players can't even understand the simplest of English, how would you make them interested and able to read such fiction? We just don't have enough audience for it to pay off.

Also the question is if we're going to use RS lore or should we go for something unique. If it's the latter, it will not be that easy to do.

Fan fiction is probably the best way to start at the moment. That way we could see how many players are actually interested in it etc.
It's unlikely to happen though, since I'm not seeing many players who are up to the task and have the time and motivation to actually achieve something.

yeah I see what you mean, also I never really thought about how hard it would be. I guess more quests would be the way to go.

ok I'm really high right now so bare with me, but I was thinking something that could really make the game more fun is if we added some type of unique back story into  the game. kinda like how runescape did those world events where the gods went to war and some of them died ect. I'm not really good at a story telling so I cant really suggest a story line but I think some thing along the lines of what rs did with those world events would be cool content to have.

A bit too many ranks in your suggestion imo. Owner and some sort of assistant + regular members is enough.

Clan chat improvements - This will probably come in the future, please stop suggesting, it won't make it any sooner.

I get that these would be nice, but it's in the what not to suggest topics for a reason.

For a game, where we have up to 250 (maximum) regular players with probably 5 accounts on average, I don't think it needs to be implemented. Idea itself is good and I agree with it, but first, we need to find options to bring players to us, make us more unique in a way people can choose what they want to do.
Generally disagree with your thoughts. Getting players to stay is much more important than making them come to us. Having a multitude of clans helps keeping players occupied.

I did not mean to break the rules I just thought since so many updates have been coming lately maybe I should push this and see what response I could get back.  because in all honesty ive been told that since I started playing emps yars ago.

we've been saying we don't have enough players and its not needed for years now. I think its time we stop using that as an excuse for why this isn't here yet. I'm not sure how high of a player count you think we need before this is placed into game but I think it deserves to come its very simple and very useful.

I highly believe we should implement a ranking system into our clan chat. it would make  managing cc easier and give clans a reason to exist in game as well. clans are a big part of rs games especially for new players, and it is often over looked. here is an example of ranks and abilities they can have

owner :everything below
co-owner: abilty to kick and mute anyone below co-owner rank
general: abilty to kick lower ranks
major: abilty to mute lower ranks
recruit: abilty to speak in clan chat.

this is just an example and other things such as loot share can be implemented as well. I think this is a small but effective way to get players in clans and playing together again. all players would benefit from it , from pkers  and pvmers and even skillers just looking for others to talk too. if you ask me this is taking way too long to come to emps, I think it would have a great effect on game and promote more group activites especially for players that aren't able to log in at peak times. let me know what you guys think.

1st :
 I'm pretty sure everyone is saying this but I also want to give my input, I think mini games need a major revamp. currently many valuable items like ring of vigor can be won in 2-3 games. I think items like this should cost maybe 4-6k tokens instead of 1k.

2nd:
counting this as a second idea because I wanted to highlight this part a little more than the other mini games. I think it would be a pretty cool if we could find a way to add a rewards  table to the fight pits arena so people will actually go there. now instead of adding items as a reward maybe they could be perks that apply in actual wilderness areas. example 4k fight tickets for 3 above lvl 20 wild teleports.. that's just an example I'm sure someone could come up with better ones lol.

I think they were one of rs's best updates and would love to see it put in game. it would also give players a reason to work together again. currently in emps you can do almost everything by yourself and after reaching a certain level of wealth things get boring. most of my reasoning for this is because I ran past the area and wondered how hard would it be to make it useable.

pretty self explanatory, but I think it would be a cool addition to pking. like maybe it could notify everyone close by in wild example "a1r has 5 kills in a row" and when someone kills that person you could see " legacy has ended a1r's kill-streak". I think its a pretty simple but cool idea, let me know what you guys think.
