Olmost every strong monster, bosses, have bad drop table, they drop items, witch no one needs or just takes inv space.
Me suggestion is to improve drop tables with items we need: flax, coal, dragon hides- green, blue, red, black,
herbs (noted), same dragon bones and so on, this would help bit with items, and will be more pleasable to kill them.

1. PVE points - after klling boss, strong monster, you get point, witch could be spend for items, all untradable
2. Bone crusher - automaticly burries bones from enemy you killed. It would be purchasable with PVE points
3. looting bag - can hold 28 items, cant take items out until you in bank, in death lost with all items exept when using guardian angel. Could be purchasable with PVE points.
4. Upgrade all armor, weponts (tradable) with PVE points, witch would have 10% of getting more PVE points, then items untrabale, on death lost, exept when using guardian angel. This would help items up in price.

Me suggestion is to do ironman mode, which would be like in runescape old school and would have icon near name, to be proved for everyone. It would be selected before entering live game.

There are alot of Mysteriuos entrence's, my suggestion is to create room's for them, witch could be for: skilling , slayer monster's bigger lvl, more xp, same or verry rare items for slayer, mini boss'es for some drop's. Some of them could be only accesable if you have donator membership. There could be new monsters which drop skilling supplies (noted).

In every patch these is : tool leprechoun. These is issue with herbs banking, the idea is to could be able to use herb on leprechoun he will note it, there could be charge of money, like 100gp for herb or so.

Bosses like Corp Champion boss or godwards bosses have bad drop log exept theyr rares drops, i think like to add skilling supplies drops to bosses but like not 1 or 5 of them like min 10 to 50 of  items like wine of zamorak, snap grass, jangerberriesm limp roots and the same hight level herbs and to be noted i think, then economy will rise, because there is like no skillers and more people will play.

Dagannoth Kings would be perfect for me previous idea with c'bows and same time  for 2 more new wepons.
Dagannoth Supreme- could drop new c'bow.
Dagannoth Rex- could drop new melee wepon or attachment for abby whip. Like "Kraken tentacle" after putting it on whip it would be untradable or degradable.
Dagannoth Prime- could drop new mage staff like "staff of sol".

At this momment in game is 3 c'bows: rune, bliurite and bunter c'bow's. Think addeding like new one in game that would be tradable and would have a special atack like seecull. That c bow could be obtained be killing boss withch is now in game or new boss. The c'bow could be "Armadyl c'bow" like in rs oldschool.
