Introductions & Farewells / Resigning from Development/Staff Team

This is not a decision I am taking lightly, but has been inevitable for a while now. My university studies are taking up too much of my time and will take up even more next year. As a result of this I am resigning from my development position so I can focus more time into my studies and other personal projects. I will still stay active around the forums (honestly, who else will keep all you shoutbox hooligans in check?) and possibly a bit in game. And I hope each of you enjoyed at least some of my updates (buggy as they may have been ).

• Fixed a bug where traps would sometimes not disappear after dismantling them.
• Fixed a bug where butterflies gave too much XP and could be caught multiple times.
• Hunter crossbow can now be used with normal bolts again, and kebbit bolts can be used with most crossbows. However pairing the hunter crossbow with kebbit bolts gives a damage buff.

This issue is caused by using an older version of the client, try restarting your client until it shows the correct option.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. Are you using a hunter crossbow? If so this now requires kebbit bolts as part of the update.

Hunter!
The hunter skill can be started just west of the grand exchange area, north of the moss giants. The hunter expert there sells most of the equipment you will need, anything else is obtained through monster drops or similar. You can find the official guide here.
