Suggestions & Ideas / Emps-World Suggestion - Improvements

Hello, my name is Jariizar (IGN: Rodrigojack) and i'm somewhat of a veteran of the game, i remember playing Emps-Scape (The old emps-world, loved it) and it makes me sad to see this server dying each month, it has a great potencial due to the open world content, most servers concentrate on teleports and quick travels to places, but Emps-World is kind of unique and has it's way to reach places. I think the game should have more updates focused on things that keep the players in the game, for example: Mystery boxes in voting rewards, it's an addictive way to get good items and lots of votes. Double vote/emps-wars/pest control points on Weekends, as this is different from Double-exp, it won't overflow the server, it's a simple way to bring more 10% of the players back on (or more). Random Evil Tree spawn, great for wood cutting xp, when finished she would drop a lamp and basic rewards as logs, axes, money or whatever idea comes up, it's a way to keep the players entertained instead of sitting at GE afk. Double drop rate in rings of wealth, about 5% is enough just to give players a heads up for bossing and pvm. Other ways to get  Emps-credits, like a scroll on voting shop that costs 100vp and gives 150ec. Maybe a skiller shop that gives skilling points as you level and a PVM shop that gives points as you kill bosses. Just some suggestions to try and bring the server back to it's glorious days.
I have more suggestions but i don't want to sound like a beggar.
I just want to see this server grow back to the 400-600 players it had daily in Emps-Scape.
