I think this might have been suggested before, I don't think a rest option would hurt anybody.
just saying if you have the time, try coding it.

it has some advantages such as recover health and running energy faster.
also it would look cool.

would be awesome if they had a bank for example runite ore at wildy is quite really far away from the closest bank, so wouldn't it be great if areas like these existed, also you can avoid getting lured

make Emps world storyline-based.  wouldn't it be great to have 1 long quest that covers the whole story line.

i was thinking if you could do these once every year or so.

for those who don't know what world events are:-
It's an event that includes every place available in the map for example.
sarodomin vs zammy.
storyline: saradomin finally finds a weak point on the zammy headquarters, and launch campaigns to take over the zammy HQ.
-there are locations on the map that are Saradomin's, and same goes for Zammy
-players can choose to be either Sara's allies or Zammy's by talking with their monks. (certain safe pvp places)
-the winner is decided by the team who gets most kills and caps by the end of the month.
-there is a cap system which players gain points (limited amount per day/week).
-points can buy maybe untradable items,or exp,or even titles if possible.
-also at the end of the month, the player who got the most killcount is announced and maybe rewarded.

so yeah,lemme hear what you think?

Well we all know that not everyone in this game check their personal messages, so when someone is offline
and you want to tell him something, you can right a message for him so when he logs in the game the chat tells him"you have new personal message check the notification board" or you can just add beam whenever you have anything new,also you can use this to notify players about the new updates.so what do you think guys?

so let me make this quick, i don't see anything wrong in adding the construction skill if you have the time so why not?
I'm not sure if people would agree to this one though but how about the altars that we use for prayer(doesn't work with dbl xp) so what do you think?
