If you talk to the potion decanter at the G.E. without any potions to decant in your inventory he would still take your 1.000gp and show the dialogue ''Finished decanting your potions. until next time.''

Shouldn't the items you put in the G.E. automatically be sold for the highest price available?

For example, if I put in a coal ore for 48gp it will be sold instantly for 48gp. Whenever I put in a coal ore for 1.000gp it will also be instantly sold for that price. In my opinion the coal I put in for 48gp should also be sold for 1.000gp.

Snape grass is only obtainable when fishing Manta rays (and 3 NPCs drop them), this requires a fishing level of 85. It doesn't make sense you have to have 85 Fishing to obtain Snape grass. Especially for an ironman this is annoying, it means you have to have 85 Fishing to make Prayer potions. An alternative would be to make Super restore potions, however this requires 74 Herblore and is harder to achieve. Prayer potions have a huge influence on the game play.

What I'm suggesting is to make it easier to obtain Snape grass, perhaps by making it able to obtain Snape grass from fishing Sea turtles & Sharks aswell.
