Computers and Technology / *HELP* Old Ipod Touch Problems

Alrighty guys, here's my dilemma,

I have an old ipod touch, not sure which generation (I believe 5th), but the Home button did that thing where it got stuck down, and you can no longer push it. I enabled the AssistiveTouch services and used that for a while. Now, the Ipod is disabled for approximately...uh... 24 million minutes..

All i want to do is get into the Ipod, without losing all my stuff. I attempted to plug my ipod into my computer and access it by backing it up and resetting the ipod, but when I plug my ipod into the computer it says that I have to enable the computer to access the ipod by clicking something on the ipod itself, however that doesnt show up because the ipod just says that its disabled. 

I am officially stuck. I cant put the ipod into any type of modes either because the home button does not work, so i cant hold down the home button and the power button at the same time.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Help me! / Client Issues/Java

Uh oh....

So recently I installed an update on my computer that was one of those restart your computer installing update 1/10 type of things that takes like 3 hours.. yeah..

After I turned my computer back on I went to open emps-world and it started out good, and the initial screen loaded properly and when I hit Play it opened the new window and the new window immediately crashed. I tried a few times, same result. I later went to try to play the webclient to see if that would work. When I opened the webclient it said that my computer didn't have java. I went to download java and I keep getting an error message 1603. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this. I now not only do not have Emps World Downloaded I also dont have java anymore and it wont let me install it.

Anyone know what I should do?

Suggestions & Ideas / Jangerberry Seed Should be a Farming Item

Hey Guys,

I am making a bunch of Zamorak Brews which require Torstol and Jangerberries. I am growing my own torstols but I decided the best way to acquire jangerberries was to buy them in the Grand Exchange. When I was looking up Jangerberries I noticed that there was an item called Jangerberry Seed. I searched the farming guide and did not see anywhere that Jangerberry seed was something you could plant and grow. Furthermore, I checked the Emps-Wiki just to make sure, and noticed that there isn't even a page for Jangerberry Seed. If this is an item in the game it should have a purpose!

When I posted a topic wondering if this was a "farmable" item I received a reply from Kaarel 123 that said this was not an item that could be planted and farmed, and furthermore he suggested I make a topic on Suggestions and Ideas, and here I am!

My proposal is that Jangerberry Seed should be another thing in Emps-World that you can grow. It could possibly require 90 farming or something high level, and could be acquired by stealing from the Master Farmer. I think it would be a popular item as it is necessary in making Zamorak Brews (which there is a large market for) and for obtaining 99 Herblore.

Thoughts?

Help me! / Jangerberry Seed

Hey all, quick question:

I am currently farming a bunch of torstols and making zamorak brews. I went to the GE to acquire jangerberries to make the potions when I noticed as I was searching jangerberry that there is an item called jangerberry seed. I have a high level of farming but I didn't see anywhere under the farming guide that said that jangerberries were something you could grow. There is not a page on the Emps-Wiki for jangerberry seed. I am under the impression that jangerberry seed is something that has no use im Emps-World right now. Am I wrong? Can I farm my own jangerberries and just get seeds instead of the berries themselves? If so, where can I get the seeds?

I know its a ton of work, but it would be really cool to have an app for your phone for emps world. It sounds crazy and it is, but if it's possible it should be considered for a future update.

Think of an app that you could download on your phone, log in, and be able to post on forums, check messages, check status of your ge sales and all that stuff.

Resolved Bug Reports / NPC Drops Bug

I have been killing Blue Dragons for a while and I've noticed that when I kill a dragon and pick up something that it drops, the item goes into my inventory but still remains on the ground and there is still an option to pick it up. It goes away after a second but it seems delayed, and if I click to pick it up a second time I get the message "Too late, It's gone!". It isn't a huge bug, as it fixes itself after a second, but it is just enough to be annoying when you are trying to pick up the drops and after you pick it up the item is still on the ground.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Suggestions & Ideas / Regarding Banking and Shops

Here is my suggestion.

When you are in the bank, and let's say you are making potions and you want to take advantage of your full inventory so you want to do 14 vails of water and 14 herbs, you can click either "Withdraw 10" or "Withdraw X" and I usually just hit "Withdraw 10" then click 4 more times to get the 14, but it would be much better if the "Withdraw X" had a memory of how many you withdrew last time so instead of still saying "Withdraw X" it would say "Withdraw 14" because that's what you did the last time you withdrew X. Same with the General store, if you were buying ingredients and you want to buy 27 each inventory you should only have to type in the Withdraw X once to hit 27, then it should remain at 27 so you don't have to type in 27 every time. You know what I mean?

Thoughts? It's not a huge update, just something that would make the tedious trips back and forth to the general store and the banking go much faster for all the skills that involve going half and half in your inventory.

Suggestions & Ideas / Quests

This has to have been suggested, and I already checked and was shocked to see it isn't in "What Not to Suggest" so I'll suggest it for the sake of making it fresh in everyone's mind. We should add some more quests. Even some of the ones that are already in the game. We don't have a lot of them, and if we added them all into Emps it would provide for a good break in between skilling and pking for players. Also, with the addition of new quests there should (of course) be a quest cape that you can wear when you have completed all of them.

What do you guys think?
