the players choose how much they buy and sell shit for, there is no way for this to be altered other than by the players themselves.

I've managed to reach maxed skiller without wielding any tools and that 1 extra slot in your inventory doesn't make that much of a difference. It's doesn't make any sense that you are able to wield rune pickaxe but not rune longsword for example. This is never going to happen. And if you still want to wield dragon axe or something then invest in lamps and reset your attack back to one after you are done with woodcutting.well i got it. thank you.
Toolbelt for example has been discussed for a while and who knows, maybe it will come at one point.
